Our Story

We are a small business that started in January, 2024. My wife, Pat, has been working in the customer service industry, assisting customers with their loan process, for over 30 years. I, Dallas, have been working in the IT field, working with business software, for over 25 years.

Beginning in 2020, we were trapped in our houses for several months as we waited for COVID-19 to slow down enough so that we could get out of our houses once again and start experiencing life again. I began looking for local events to see what was happening in our area (Richmond, VA). We found a local paranormal group (Flumeri Promotions/RTL Paranormal) was investigating The Exchange Hotel Civil War Medical Museum in Gordonsville, VA. From that time forward, we fell in love with investigating locations for paranormal activity.

In May, 2021, we became official members of Flumeri and RTL. In order to help out, we started making items, such as t-shirts/sweatshirts for the team. We then started making sublimated tumblers that had a paranormal theme. We continued to make different paranormal-type items to sell for events, and we found that we enjoyed the creative side of this process.

In January, 2024, we decided to make a serious effort with designing our own products and we purchased a xTool S1 Laser Cutter. After learning to use the laser cutter, we decided to take the next step and start our own company.

Currently, we try to make all of our items unique for you, the customer. So, we generally, we have a maximum of one for each item we sell. If you would like more than one of an item in our inventory, please reach out to us and we can check to see if we can do that for you.

As our company name implies, we are here to make custom designs for you. If you have any special requests for specific images that you would like us to use for your specific needs, please let us know by email and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
